In Jane Austen’s novel ‘Pride and Prejudice’ you can see the pride people have because of their social status and possessions they own as well as prejudices of the upper class against the lower class and the lower class with the upper class. It is this pride and prejudice that could have prevented a lovely relationship from blossoming. In the same way, our own pride and prejudice can get in the way of building relationships with others the way God commands us to. |

The search (through meditation, therapy…aliens etc) is really a search for God - something more to life. We all have a soul that lives on after life on Earth and yearns to discover something out there that's bigger than life itself - God. We can see hints of God in the splendor of creation around us, in holidays such as Christmas (birth of Christ), Easter (Resurrection) and even in ourselves as we were created in His image.
